We keep returns simple. If something is wrong, we fix it. Here is the policy in plain language.
30 day returns on unopened products
Any unopened, unused product in its original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Email us first for a return authorization so we can process it quickly when it arrives.
What cannot be returned
- Opened or used hardware, for hygiene and safety reasons
- Consumable products once opened
- Clearance items marked final sale on the product page
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund in full, including shipping, and we cover return postage where a return is needed. Manufacturer defects that appear within 30 days are covered the same way.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and checking the return. We email you at every step so you always know where things stand.
How to start a return
Email Contact@canadavapesuperstore.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within one business day with instructions and the return address.
