We ship to every province and territory in Canada. Here is exactly how it works, from checkout to your door.
Processing times
Orders placed before 2pm Eastern on a business day are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. You receive an email with tracking the moment your parcel is scanned by the carrier.
Delivery estimates
- Ontario and Quebec: 2 to 4 business days
- British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba: 3 to 6 business days
- Atlantic provinces: 4 to 7 business days
- Territories and remote areas: 7 to 12 business days
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather and peak periods can add time.
Age check on delivery
Some shipments require an adult signature on delivery. If the carrier cannot verify age at the door the parcel is returned to us and we refund the products, less the shipping cost.
Provincial restrictions
Some products cannot be shipped to some provinces under provincial law. Checkout applies these rules automatically, so if a product can be added to your cart and your address is accepted, it can ship to you legally.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking stalls for more than 5 business days or your order arrives damaged, email Contact@canadavapesuperstore.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We open a carrier investigation and either reship or refund. You will never be left chasing a courier on your own.
