Adults only
This store sells age restricted products. By ordering you confirm you meet the minimum legal age for vaping products in your province or territory. We verify age on entry to the site and may require adult signature on delivery. Orders that fail age verification are cancelled and refunded.
Products and compliance
All products are sold as described on their product pages. We sell hardware and accessories that are legal to sell in Canada, and we comply with the Tobacco and Vaping Products Act and provincial regulations. Some products cannot ship to some provinces, and checkout will apply those restrictions automatically. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no product we sell is a smoking cessation therapy unless explicitly authorized as one.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable product taxes at checkout. We may correct pricing errors on unshipped orders, and if we do you always get the choice of paying the corrected price or receiving a full refund.
Shipping
We ship within Canada only. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See the Shipping and Delivery page for full details.
Returns
Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Opened hardware and consumables cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. See the Returns and Refunds page for the full policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Canadian consumer protection law.
